Australian Dance Award for Jana Castillo with her performance of construct

In November/December 2017, Australian Dance Theatre presented the return season of construct by Tanja Liedtke, with support from the Tanja Liedtke Foundation. We are thrilled to announce that ADT dancer Jana Castillo was awarded the Australian Dance Award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Dancer for her role in construct. An astonishing performance fusing strength, flexibility and the ability to illustrate raw and empathic emotions in ways which left audiences and critics in awe, the award was well deserved.
